Designed for senior-level leaders, "Base Camp" is a master class in relationship management and advanced-level coaching.

A small group, limited to 8 experienced leaders, meets monthly online to learn advanced relationship management strategies and practice impactful coaching. Each leader will present his/her own live issues to the group for feedback and coaching. All conversations are confidential. John Engels serves as the lead coach, while facilitating the coaching participation of others.

The group meets for two hours monthly, for one year. The sessions will occur at a standing time each month, determined in advance by group members. Sessions begin in fall and spring.

 

The $4,400 fee covers the year-long course including all materials.
